Variety: Merlot, Marselan, Cot (14.5% vol).
Production: Pre-fermentation cold maceration. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and aged in French oak barrels for 24 months. This reserve wine has the spicy, toasted aroma of ripe black fruit. Complex and structured, it has a broad, full-bodied palate.
Pairing: Game, red meat, Iberian ham and mature cheeses.
