Elaboración:  Short maceration 48h to low temperature pulp.  After the macera and homogenization of the juice with the solid parts with low temperature during 48-72 hores. Fermentatio in steel barrils to a controlled temperature between  15-16ºC.  Aging 24 months in glass deposit. Cake taste, toast almond and wild plant.

Pairing: “Foies”, desserts, dry fruits.
