Production: Maceration and homogenation of pulp at low temperature.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow-green clear wine. Aromas of almond blossoms, pear, peach with hints of Mediterranean herbs, anisette and a touch citrus. Young, fresh, balanced with a long aftertaste and fun lightly bitter touch in the finish.
Pairing: White meat, fish and seafood.
