Variety: Malbec (14.5% vol).
Production: Pre-fermentation cold maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature (22ºC - 23ºC). Maceration for 15 days and followed by bleeding off the deposit, obtaining the best quality wine. Aged for 3 months in second and third year of French oak barrels. A young wine with aromas of forest fruits such as blueberries and blackberries with a hint of the underbrush. It is smooth with a long and pleasant finish.
Pairing: Mature cheeses, traditional dishes from the Empordà region, acorn-fed ham, wood pigeon with rice.
