Production: Maceración 48h low temperature with the flesh and daily homogenization. Fermentation to control temperature (15ºC -17ºC). 2 months aging with lías in steel tanks Fresh and pleasant with wilde plants, rose petals and orange flower.
Pairing: Rice dishes, "fideuà", seafood, and delicate roasted fish.
