Variety: Marselan, Merlot, Cot.
Production: Cold pre-ferment maceration. Controlled-temperature fermentation (25-28 ºC) in stainless steel tanks. Daily pigeages and remontages. Macerated for 21 days and then aged for 24 months in Bordeaux casks of Hungarian and French oak. This wine goes through a very delicate filtering, without clearing or stabilizing.
Tasting notes: Cherry color with violet reflections. Aromas of black fruit forest, species, with a soothing touch. The palate is broad, structured, with a own sense of minerality of the terroir. Long and silky.
Pairing: Game, red meats, cured cheese, ibéricos.
