Varieties: Moscatell d’Alexandria, Medium sweet wine.
Wine making: Short maceration at low temperature before a soft pressing. Maceration and homogenization of the juice daily with solids (pulp) at low temperature for a few hours. Fermentation with temperature control and stopped by adding brandy and lowering the temperature. Aged in barrels for three months.
Tasting notes: Pale golden yellow color. Still dry aroma and citrus flavor, slightly distilled.
